PLACING AN ORDER

What payment methods do you accept?
On GabryAndRo, you can checkout using all major credit and debit cards or via PayPal Express Checkout. We do not accept direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?
When you make a purchase online using your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your data is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and the transaction are pre-authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.


ORDER DELIVERY

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays and sales seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days from the date of the order and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Feel free to contact us if you haven’t received your tracking confirmation within 5 business days after completing payment.

How can I track my order?
We will email you tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers are usually sent the day after the order is dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your request and send further instructions if the return is approved.
For a list of final sale items, please refer to our return policy. All returned items must be in their original condition with packaging intact.

What if the items I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you received incorrect, missing, and/or defective items. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the item(s), and all relevant references to the delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How long does the return process take?
Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the day we receive your returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
